Author Bio
Dr.Ekisa
Dr. Ekisa was born in Uganda, East Africa. After high school, he went to UK to study medicine. He obtained his M.B, Ch.B. degree in medicine from Glasgow University, UK, in 1971. He decided to specialise, right away, in psychological medicine (psychiatry), obtaining his DPM (Glasgow and Edinburgh) diploma in 1975 and the diploma of the Royal College of Psychiatrists of UK, in 1977. He was a consultant Psychiatrist (geriatric psychiatry) in Greenoch, Scotland, (1977-79) and a consultant Psychiatrist with Oxfordshire regional health authority, at St Crispin hospital, Northampton, UK, (1979-1984).

Welcome to Finding Comfort

When the agony of abuse, bullying, trauma, disappointment or loss invades our hearts and lives, we must find an inner comfort and support in order to heal. While stress hurts and causes more stress, comfort soothes and mends. Choosing to heal through finding and nurturing comfort is key to regaining strength and rekindling hope.
